Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or work and family commitments may occasionally prevent you from attending a scheduled appointment. However, late cancellations or missed appointments without adequate notice can limit access to care for other clients in need. Likewise, if another client fails to cancel their appointment, we may be unable to accommodate your visit due to a fully booked schedule.

To ensure fairness and optimal scheduling for all clients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice or attend your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the session.

Late Arrival Policy

We recognise that delays can occasionally occur. However, arriving late for your appointment may disrupt the schedule and impact the care of clients booked after you.

If you anticipate being more than five minutes late, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please be aware that if we are unable to adjust the schedule accordingly, your appointment may need to be forfeited and a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment cost may apply.

To help avoid any delays, we recommend checking your journey in advance and allowing extra time for unforeseen disruptions, such as public transport delays, road closures, or traffic incidents.

Account Balances and Payments

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and occasional disruptions are sometimes unavoidable. As a gesture of goodwill, we will waive the cancellation fee for your first missed appointment or late arrival.

However, please note that any subsequent missed appointments or late arrivals will incur a cancellation fee. If more than two appointments are missed, we will require prepayment for all future bookings. Additionally, any outstanding account balances must be settled before scheduling new appointments.
